S.O. 2824(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 (61 of 1986) read with rule 3 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1988, the Central Government hereby constitutes an advisory committee to be called the Technical Advisory Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-

| 3 | Director-General, Health Services, Government of India, New Delhi or his nominee not below the level of Additional Director General | Member |

| 5 | Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur. | Member |
| 6 | Director, National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad. | Member |
| 7 | Director, Industrial Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow. | Member |
