NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st September, 2016
S.O. 2823(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2016 (35 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2016, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
