Reconstitution of Committee to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund – amendment of Notification No. S.O. 1280(E) dated 28.12.2001

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17^th July, 2003

S.O.815(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by   sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) S.O.1280(E) dated the 28^th December, 2001 namely:-

In the said notification, for serial No.2 and the entries thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“2. Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser,Department of Company Affairs – Member” .
