  1. Paresh says:

For an existing company, can we add a new director and that person is not having din. Is the procedure of new issue of din is at hold? Or slow?

  2. Gnanika says:

So INC 32 to apply DIN of proposed directors for new company can be done simultaneously or only after approval of name?

    • divyanshu sahni says:

if you are sure about the name availability then you can directly incorporate a company in inc 32 and i n inc 32 you can apply din also along with the incorporation
