Modification in sections 217(e)(1), 620 of the Companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th September, 1990

G.S R. 769 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sectio,i 620 of the Companies Act. 1956 ( I of 1956). the Central Govern­ment hereby directs that the provisions of clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the said Act read with the Companies (Disclosure of Pariculars in the Report of Board of Directors) Rules, 1988 framed thereunder, shall not apply to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore, which is a Government company.

A copy of this notification having been laid in draft before both Houses of Parlia meat as required by sub-section (2) of that section.
