Notification of Special Court (Court of District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge) at Pune (Maharashtra) under sub-section (1) of Section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th July, 2019
S.O. 2564(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, Bombay, hereby designates the following Court mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Court for the purposes of providing speedy trial of offences punishable with imprisonment of two years or more under the said Act, namely:-
