MCA extends Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011 upto 15th December, 2011

Subject: Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011 

In continuation of the Ministry’s General Circulars No. 59/2011 dated 05.08.2011 and No. 60/2011 dated 10.08.2011 on the subject cited above, it is stated that the said scheme has been extended upto 15^th December, 2011.

2.  All the terms and conditions of the General Circulars No. 59/2011 dated 05.08.2011 and No. 60/2011 dated 10.08.2011 will remain the same.
