MCA appoints Amardeep Singh Bhatia as Director in SFIO on lateral shift basis

S.O. 336(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 211 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, IAS (NL : 93) as Director in the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, on lateral shift basis, with effect from the 08th January, 2018 (A/N) to 25th March, 2020, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
