Removal of stakeholder’s issues pertaining to MCA21 e-Governance Project
Dear Professional Colleagues,
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been taking various steps for facilitating implementation of Companies Act 2013. The Institute has organised various workshops/seminars/programmes, released series of publications, provided platform for solving queries regarding Companies Act 2013 etc.
One of the pioneering initiatives of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs towards digitizing India is the MCA21 e-Governance Project. This project has brought a considerable transparency in the paradigm of corporate regulation and oversight in the country. There has been a significant turnaround in time for delivery of services with the implementation of the project.
With many initiatives using high end technology, certain issues are quite natural. We have been receiving various queries/ issues relating to e-Governance Project of the MCA from our stakeholders.
The ICSI jointly with MCA has taken initiative for resolving various queries/ issues. The MCA has kindly consented to resolve all the issues being faced by our members and other stakeholders in implementation of Companies Act 2013 in respect of MCA-21 e-Governance project.
The members are requested to take benefit of this opportunity and send their issues / problems / difficulties pertaining to MCA-21 e-governance project, filling and filing of e-forms, and related services provided by RDs and ROCs etc.
We request all the members of the Institute to send their issues / problems / difficulties in the following format latest by 15th April, 2016 at nishita.singhal@icsi.edu so as to enable us to collate all the issues and provide for their best suitable solution jointly with the MCA.
