Summary: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) declared the results of the Company Secretaries Professional Programme and Executive Programme, both under Syllabus 2022, for the June 2026 session on 25th August 2026. In the Professional Programme, 32.69% of candidates passed Group 1 and 29.49% passed Group 2, with Khushi Agarwal from Jaipur and Sania Sameer Khan from Mumbai securing the All-India First Rank. In the Executive Programme, 17.41% of candidates passed Group 1 and 22.19% passed Group 2, while Vidhi Suthar from Udaipur secured the All-India First Rank. ICSI stated that results and subject-wise marks are available on its website and that Executive Programme examinees can download their e-Result-cum-Marks Statement. The next Professional and Executive Programme examinations will be held from 21st December 2026 to 28th December 2026, with online enrolment applications and requisite examination fee submission commencing on 26th August 2026.

RESULT OF COMPANY SECRETARIES EXAMINATIONS JUNE, 2026 SESSION
The Result of Company Secretaries Examinations for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022), June, 2026 Session has been declared today, i.e., the 25th August, 2026 at New Delhi and released to all the Regional and Chapter Offices of the Institute throughout the country for information of all concerned. In addition to making available the result along with subject-wise break-up of marks on the Institute’s website – www.icsi.edu , the ICSI has extended the facility of downloading of e-Result-cum-Marks Statement by the Examinees of Executive Programme Examination.

The next Examinations of Company Secretaries Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) will be held from Monday, the 21st December, 2026 to Monday, the 28th December, 2026, for which on-line submission of enrolment applications together with requisite Examination fee shall commence from 26th August, 2026.
