Attention is drawn to this Department’s General Circulars numbers10/2000 dated 20.9.2000 and 14/2000 dated 16.11.2000 regarding Fast Track Scheme under Section 560 of the Companies Act.

2. On the basis of various representations received from Companies, Professionals, Institutes, Chamber of Commerce etc. the Scheme has been extended till 31.1.2001. Other terms and conditions of the Scheme remain unchanged.
