1. Download Affidavit (to be given individually by director(s)) (As per annexure A of the Easy Exit Scheme 2010)

2. Download Indemnity bond (to be given individually or collectively by director(s) (As per annexure B of the Easy Exit Scheme 2010)

3. Copy of Board resolution showing authorisation given for filing the application under Easy Exit Scheme 2010

4. Download format of  statement of account by a chartered accountant in whole-time practice or statutory auditor of the company (As per annexure C of the Easy Exit Scheme 2010)

5. Download General Circular No. 2 /2010 related to Easy Exit Scheme.

6. Format of Form to be submitted online with ROC alongwith help file
