The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the results for the Professional and Executive Programmes (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) for the June 2024 session. The results were declared on August 25, 2024, and are available on the ICSI website, along with a subject-wise breakdown of marks. For the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017), the pass percentages are 31.13% for Module I, 30.16% for Module II, and 32.18% for Module III. For the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022), the pass rates are 27.04% for Group 1 and 26.72% for Group 2. Ishika Soni from Jodhpur secured the All-India First Rank in the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017), while Bhumika Singh from Meerut topped the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022). In the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017), 22.71% passed in Module I and 30.41% in Module II. For the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022), 8.15% passed in Group 1 and 20.87% in Group 2. Manish from Delhi and Bhumi Vinod Mehta from Mumbai secured the top ranks in the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 and 2022, respectively). The next exams are scheduled from December 21 to December 30, 2024.

RESULT OF COMPANY SECRETARIES EXAMINATIONS JUNE, 2024 SESSION
The result of Company Secretaries Examinations for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022), June, 2024 Session has been declared today, i.e., the 25th August, 2024 at New Delhi and released to all the Regional and Chapter Offices of the Institute throughout the country for information of all concerned. In addition to making available the result along with subject-wise break-up of marks on the Institute’s website – www.icsi.edu , the ICSI has extended the facility of downloading of e-Result-cum-Marks Statement by the Examinees of Executive Programme Examination.
In Professional Programme Examination (Syllabus — 2017) 31.13 percent of Candidates passed in Module — I, 30.16 percent in Module — II and 32.18 percent in Module — Ill.
In Professional Programme Examination (Syllabus — 2022) 27.04 percent of Candidates passed in Group— 1 and 26.72 percent in Group — 2.

The next Examinations of Company Secretaries Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) will be held from Saturday, the 210 December, 2024 to Monday, the 30th December, 2024, for which on-line submission of enrolment applications together with requisite Examination fee shall commence from 26th August, 2024.
