G.S.R. 780(E)—In the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs. (Department of Company Affairs) No. G.S.R. 737(E), dated 1-11-99 and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), for “Provided that where the deposits exceed the above limits (rupees twenty crores or the deposits as on 30-09-1999 as the case may be) such company shall;” read “Provided that where the deposits exceed the above limits (rupees twenty crores or the deposits as on the date of this notification as the case may be) such company shall;”.
