Section 209A of the Companies Act, 1956 – Inspection of books of account, etc., of companies – Authorization of certain Officers of Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) to inspect books of accounts and other books & papers for every company

Notification No. G.S.R. 777(E), dated 22-9-2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of Section 209A of the Companies Act, 1956, the Central Government hereby authorizes the following officers in the Serious Fraud Investigation Officer (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs to inspect the books of accounts and other books and papers for every company, namely :–

1. Dr. Baljit Singh , Additional Director
2. Shri N.K. Bhola, Additional Director
3. Shri Anupam Vashista, Assistant Director
4. Shri Shobhit Gupta, Assistant Director
5. Shri R.K. Tiwari, Assistant Director
6. Shri Utpal Nath, Assistant Director
7. Shri A.K. Verima, Assistant Director
