NOTIFICATION

S.O 285(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, (Department of Company Affairs), number S.O. 841(E) dated the 29^th August, 2001, namely:-

In the said notification, for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

” 5. Shri Rajiv Mehrishi member (shall hold office upto 28^thAugust, 2002)”
