The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued a revised schedule for the Chartered Accountants Final (Group I) Paper – 1 and Intermediate (Group I) Paper – 1 examinations, specifically for candidates in Punjab and Jammu city. Originally slated for September 3 and 4, 2025, these exams have been rescheduled to Wednesday, September 24, 2025, and Thursday, September 25, 2025, respectively. This change affects all examination centers in Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mandi Gobindgarh, Pathankot, Patiala, Sangrur, and Jammu. The announcement specifies that the timings and examination centers will remain the same. The admit cards previously issued to candidates will be valid for the new dates. The ICAI also clarified that the examination schedule will not be altered if a public holiday is declared. Candidates are advised to monitor the official ICAI website for further updates.

REVISED SCHEDULE OF PAPER – 1 OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT’S FINAL AND INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATIONS, SEPTEMBER 2025 IN THE STATE OF PUNJAB & JAMMU CITY ONLY.
No. 13-CA (EXAM)/SEPTEMBER/2025/VI: In continuation to the Institute’s Important Announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/SEPTEMBER/2025/II dated 2nd September 2025 it is hereby announced for general information that the Chartered Accountants Final (Group I) Paper – 1 and Intermediate (Group I) Paper – 1 Examinations in Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mandi Gobindgarh, Pathankot, Patiala and Sangrur (i.e. cities in the State of Punjab) and Jammu City will now be held as per details given below:

The rescheduled Examinations, as aforementioned shall be held at the same examination centres and at the same timings i.e., 2 PM to 5 PM (IST).
Admit Cards already issued would remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
It may be emphasized that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination scheduled being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Holiday.
