Members Regional Convention on International Taxation-2012

Vasai Branch of WIRC of ICAI is hosting  Members Regional Convention on International Taxation-2012 to share knowledge of Basic Principles of international taxation to the Related Controversial Issues in International Taxation including Cross Border Transactions. The date of the event is  Friday 21st & Saturday 22nd December, 2012 at  Green Court Club (G.C.C.), Mira- Bhayandar, Mira Road (East)-401105 . The curriculum includes

2)    Transfer Pricing: Introduction, Arms Length  Pricing & Documentation ,

3)    Interpretation of Tax Treaties, Models and its Scope

4)    Transfer Pricing: Recent Country Experiences  and  Developments

5)    Advance Ruling: Procedure, Documentation and Recent  Controversial Issues

6)    TDS Implications as per DTAA and Domestic Tax Laws

7)    Mergers & Acquisitions: Cross Border Taxation
