Sub: Election to the Council from Eastern India Regional Constituency-2021 -List of valid Nominations
The Nominations for Elections to the Council from Eastern India Regional Constituency-2021 have been scrutinized pursuant to Rule 12 of the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 (the Rules) by the Panel for Scrutiny of nomination papers, on Tuesday, the 271h July, 2021 at 11.00 AM.
A list of valid nominations for Election to the Council from Eastern India Regional Constituency-2021 arranged in alphabetical order (by surname) with professional addresses (or residential address where applicable) is enclosed.
In accordance with Rule 14 of the Rules, a candidate may withdraw his nomination by giving a notice in his own hand and duly signed by him and have it delivered to the Office of the Returning Officer on or before the last date fixed for withdrawal, i.e., Friday, the 6th August, 2021 upto 6.00 P.M. A candidate who has withdrawn his nomination shall not be entitled to rescind his withdrawal.
