Important Announcement for Student who desires to register for Common Proficiency Course (CPC) and to become eligible for appearing in the June, 2010 Common Proficiency Test (CPT) to be held on 20th June, 2010. Student who are desires to register for Common Proficiency Course (CPC) and become eligible for appearing in the ensuing Common Proficiency Test (CPT) to be held on 20th June, 2010 are hereby advised to have the CPT registration application downloaded from the following link:
http://www.icai.org/resource_file/7505cpt_form.pdf – Application Form for Registration to Common Proficiency Test Course and duly filled in CPT registration application form to be submitted along with the following documents for maintaining physical record at the Institute’s Regional Office:
A. ENCLOSURES TO CPT REGISTRTION APPLICATION FORM:
(1) Demand Draft towards registration fee.

(2) Attested copies of date of birth and 10th pass mark statements.
(3) Attested copy of 12th pass or its equivalent qualification as recognized by the Central Government, if passed.
(4) Proof of Nationality, if student is foreigner.
(5) Proof of special category certificate i.e. SC/ST, OBC, Disabled. to be submitted to the following Branches or Regional Office in consonance with the address of the student:

C, ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN CPT TO BE HELD ON 20TH JUNE, 2010:
Students desire to appear in 20th June, 2010 Common Proficiency Test (CPT) (please refer June, 2010 CPT Notification on the following link: http://www.icai.org/resource_file/17902CPT__June-2010_Notification_final.pdf or on our web site www.icai.org) have to register necessarily on or before 1st April, 2010 so as to become eligible for appearing in the CPT to be held on 20th June, 2010. Students are advised to take note of the same.
