Announcement Regarding Unauthorised Downloading/Use of Examination related Information/Data. – (31-12-2011)

For the sake of information and academic guidance of students, specified material like question papers, suggested answers, revisionary test papers, supplementary study material, result etc pertaining to CA examinations are being published and hosted in the website www.icai.org from time to time, by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Possible misuses of such materials by unauthorized persons/entities have been brought to our notice for doing the needful at our end.
In this regard, it is stated for the information of the general public and all concerned, that unauthorized use, downloading, extraction and copying of such data/information/material will be viewed and treated as an offence and those indulging in such acts would be dealt with accordingly under the laws of the land.

Stern action must be taken against educational institutions who copy and paste such materials in their curriculum who provide online distance education in these days while ICAI expects students to have through study of related topics to enhance their pervasive and quality skills desired by board of studies.
Its not a good ACT by ICAI it has no relevance at all.No one can misuse study material,it can only be used only for that purpose for which it is meant for.
