General Power of Attorney
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, ________________, Son/ daughter of ___________ do hereby nominate appoint and constitute Mr. XXXXXXX, Son/Daughter of XXXXXXXXX (‘the Attorney’ who has subscribed his signature hereunder in token of identification) to be lawful Attorney in My name and to do any one or all of the following acts, deeds, matters, and things, namely: –

To receive from Bank (“Bank”, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context thereof, include its successors and assigns) and / or its duly constituted trustees, effective release / reconveyance of properties mortgaged by the Grantor in favour of Bank and / or its duly constituted trustees, as security for the facilities availed by the Grantor from Bank, in a form and manner acceptable to

To furnish such indemnities as may be required by Bank and / or its duly constituted trustees in relation to effective release / reconveyance of properties mortgaged by the Grantor in favour of Bank and / or its duly constituted trustees, as security for the facilities availed by the Grantor from

5. To abide by the provisions of all applicable laws (including the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999) in connection with the Facilities availed by the Grantor, from Bank (including creation and release of security as may be required by Bank and or its duly constituted trustees).
6. Generally to do all such acts, deeds, matters and things all at cost and expense as are necessary and incidental to giving security to and receiving effective release / reconveyance of the security, as Attorney deems fit and
AND I declare, agree and confirm that all or any of the aforesaid powers may be exercised by the Attorney on Company behalf.
AND I agree to ratify all lawful acts, deeds, matters, and things done by our Attorney pursuant to the powers hereinbefore mentioned.
This Power of Attorney shall automatically stand revoked on the death, permanent disability, retirement or resignation of the said Attorney.
