The results for the CS Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) examinations from the June 2025 session will be announced on Monday, August 25, 2025. The Professional Programme results will be released at 11:00 AM, followed by the Executive Programme results at 2:00 PM. Candidates can access their results and a subject-wise breakdown of marks on the official website, www.icsi.edu. For the Executive Programme, a digital Result-cum-Marks Statement will be available for download, with no physical copies being issued. In contrast, the Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Professional Programme will be mailed to candidates’ registered addresses. Candidates who do not receive their physical copy within 30 days should contact the Institute at exam@icsi.edu. The next examinations for both programs are scheduled from December 22 to December 29, 2025, with online applications for enrollment beginning on August 26, 2025.

The result alongwith individual Candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks will be available on the Institute’s website : www.icsi.edu on declaration of the result.
Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Executive Programme Examination (Syllabus 2022) will be uploaded on the website of the Institute www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result for downloading by Candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued.
The Result-cum-Marks Statement for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) Examination will be despatched to the Candidates at their registered address soon after declaration of the result. In case the physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement is not received by any Candidate within 30 days of declaration of result, such Candidates may contact the Institute at : exam@icsi.edu along with his/her particulars.
The next Examinations of Company Secretaries Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) will be held from Monday, the 22nd December, 2025 to Monday, the 29th December, 2025, for which on-line submission of enrolment applications together with requisite Examination fee shall commence from 26th August, 2025.
