The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the results for the CS Professional Programme and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) for the June 2024 session on Sunday, 25th August 2024. The results for the Professional Programme will be declared at 11:00 AM, followed by the Executive Programme results at 2:00 PM. Candidates can access their subject-wise break-up of marks on the ICSI website, www.icsi.edu. The e-Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Executive Programme will be available online for download immediately after the result declaration, with no physical copies issued. For the Professional Programme, the physical Result-cum-Marks Statement will be dispatched to candidates’ registered addresses. Candidates who do not receive their physical copies within 30 days of the result declaration should contact the Institute via email. The next examination for both programmes is scheduled to take place from 21st December to 30th December 2024. Online examination enrollment forms, along with the requisite fee, can be submitted starting 26th August 2024.

Result of CS Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) Examinations, June, 2024 Session would be declared on Sunday, the 25th August, 2024 as per the following schedule:

The result alongwith individual Candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks will be available on the Institute’s website : www.icsi.edu on declaration of the result.
Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Executive Programme Examination (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) will be uploaded on the website of the Institute www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result for downloading by Candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued.
The Result-cum-Marks Statement for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) Examination will be despatched to the Candidates at their registered address soon after declaration of the result. In case the physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement is not received by any Candidate within 30 days of declaration of result, such Candidates may contact the Institute at : exam@icsi.edu along with his/her particulars.
Next Examination for Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) will be held from 21st December, 2024 to 30th December, 2024 for which online Examination enrollment form together with requisite Examination fee shall be submitted from 26th August, 2024.
