Export of Electronic Cigarettes ( E-Cigarettes) including all forms of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems, Heat not burn products, e-hookah and the like devices, by whatever name called and whatever shape, size or form it may have, but not including any product licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 or any parts or components thereof such as refill pods, atomisers, cartridges etc under Chapter 85 ITC (HS) code 8543 is prohibited in accordance with the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Ordinance 2019.
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Aayat Niryat Form-7(A)A of Chapter 7(A) of Handbook of Procedures 2015-20
Central Government hereby makes the following amendment with immediate effect on the export policy of Onions for the item description at Serial Numbers 51 & 52 of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) classification of Export & Import Items.
It is clarified that for the purpose of value addition, inputs in ‘B’ in para 4.38 mean duty free (either on advance or replenishment basis)gold/silver/platinum content in the export product plus the admissible wastage.
Validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 20 of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) whose validity/extended validity is up to 30.12.2019 is extended up to 31.12.2019.
Paragraph 2.79C of Handbook of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 has been amended to lay down the procedure for export of SCOMET items imported for repair / replacement in the repair facilities set up in the country.
Advance authorisation shall not be issued where item of export is ‘Gold Medallions and Coins’ or ‘Any jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process’.
