ICSI applauds the Interim Budget 2019 presented by the Finance Minister Piyush Goyal focusing on state of economy, tax reforms and GST, unorganized sectors, assured income to farmers, developing infrastructure, real estate, rural health and sanitation and such many other areas.
ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountant of India) organizes the exam of CA Intermediate and CA IPCC twice in a year in the month of May and Nov. ICAI recently conducted the exam of CA IPCC and CA Intermediate in the month of November 2018, the result of which is awaited. In the recent announcement by ICAI, it announced that CA IPCC result Nov 2018 will be declared on 8th February 2019.
Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) is mandatory for all Certificates issued by Chartered Accountant in Practice w.e.f. February 1, 2019.
A Cost Accountant is required to undergo a mandatory training before applying for Certificate of Practice or within six months of getting the Certificate of Practice. The duration of the training will be for six days or 36 hours with course fees as may be fixed by the Council from time to time.
