I am a dynamic and enthusiastic legal professional with a strong academic background and a passion for corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and PE-VC. I bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape with: • an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from JGLS; • a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Indore Institute of Law); • a specialized certification in Corporate Law from the National Law University – Delhi; and • others from the university of international repute along with pursuing the Company Secretaries (CS) 'Executive Program'. I have gained valuable experience through diverse internships and work experiences throughout my career. I have assisted in various legal matters, including corporate/commercial drafting, due diligence, real estate transactions, compliance management, and many more. My exposure to startup ecosystems and venture capital funding has honed my expertise in providing legal guidance to early-stage companies. In addition to my legal pursuits, I am an avid researcher and writer, having published articles on sub-topics of M&A, intellectual property, and corporate governance. I am also pursuing advanced contract drafting and negotiation certifications to further enhance my skill set. Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively engage in extracurricular activities, including Volunteering, MUNs, Moot Courts, Sports, etc. With a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, I am committed to delivering exceptional results and driving positive change in the legal field.
