A result oriented professional with 22 yrs. of experience, have worked in different industries (manufacturing, capital market, service) and in different set up. I have 20 yrs. of Experience out of which last 8 yrs. I was in Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. as Head Compliance & Legal. I have worked with SIS India Ltd, Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd, SPA Capital and Mettrade India Ltd as Company Secretary and Compliance Manager.
