Madhavi holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School. She is also an Associate Company Secretary. She holds Bachelor of Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Law from University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Corporate Laws from Symbiosis and Diploma in Cyber Laws from GLC. Madhavi is a doctoral candidate at the Rushford Business School, Switzerland, from where she is specializing in the stream of Finance and Law. Prior to joining Centrum India, Madhavi has worked for ~5 years in the legal and secretarial team in Tata Industries Limited, which is the incubation wing of the House of Tata. Madhavi has also interned at Trigyn Technologies Limited, a MNC, listed on both BSE & NSE., wherein she stepped into the world of secretarial domain.
