I have undertaken end to end legal due diligence and funding of start-up companies, drafting, reviewing and negotiating of NDA, Service Agreement, Customer Agreement, lease deeds, POSH Policy, private placement, rights issue, NCDs issuance, share transfer, liaison with ROC, Delhi, Stamp duty department, Gurgaon etc.
