Also, I am proficient in providing tax & legal consultancy to the clients for their efficient tax planning & better legal compliance. I have keen interest in constitutional law & practice. In various income tax matters, I opted to move to High Courts & Supreme Courts by way of Writ Petitions under Article 226 & Article 32 of the Constitution of India, wherein I have challenged the action of tax departments on the constitutional ground. I have also handled cases related to company law matters and appeared before NCLT & NCLAT to represent Clients under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws; issues of operation and mismanagement under companies act, etc. In addition to above, I am also experienced in handling cases under PMLA/benami Act etc. and appeared before Enforcement Directorate and/or Initiating Officer in various PMLA and Benami Act related cases etc. "
CBDT vide notification No. 07/2022 dated 18.01.2022, notified e-advance rulings Scheme, 2022, which is applicable with effect from 18-01-2022. The scheme provides for faceless scheme in case of Advance Ruling.
