He had previously worked in Nuberg, TCI, Minda, ALP group, GI Group, in various senior positions in legal & secretarial field. He has successfully assisted to domestic companies & International companies from around the world, to set up their Companies, Subsidiaries or Branches in India and post set-up, complete legal and commercial support services.

He has successfully handled key matters like M&A, Listing & Delisting, FDI, ODI, ECB, JVs, Taxation, Compliances etc., in India for domestic & Multi National Companies. His area of practice is Corporate Restructuring, Corporate & Economic Law, Capital Market & Securities Law.
