The complainant claimed that he and other employees and members of the public invested money, but in April 2023, the company’s operations were abruptly closed, and the accused absconded. The complaint also alleged that the company was a subsidiary of Sky Group Planet Private Limited and that the accused had formed other companies to continue their fraudulent activities. The total amount of loss was estimated to be around Rs. 50 crore.
