NOTIFICATION NO. 128/2008-CUSTOMS (N. T.)

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 115/2008-CUSTOMS (N. T.), dated the 29th October, 2008 vide number S. O. 2546 (E), dated the 29th October, 2008.

In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification for Serial No. 7 and SCHEDULE-II for Serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:
