New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013
S.O. 3627 (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), New Custom House, Near
Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and
(ii) The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), New Custom House, Ballard
Estate, Mumbai
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Beanstalk Brand Consultancy, New Delhi issued vide, DRI F.No.34/10/2012-DZU/2280 to 2284 dated the 4th May 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
