FULL TEXT OF THE NCLT JUDGMENT/ORDER
This application is filed by the Applicant (Mr. Anup Kumar Singh) u/s 30 R/w 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016, by the Resolution Professional, seeking to approve the Resolution Plan submitted by the consortium of Mr. B. Subba Reddy and Mr. C. Venkateswara Reddy as approved by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and to issue necessary directions to the statutory and regulatory bodies to grant necessary approvals in an expeditious manner.
