The export of Cough Syrup under ITC (HS) Codes falling under the Heading 3004 shall be permitted subject to the export sample being tested and production of Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued by any of the laboratories as mentioned in Para-1 above, with effect from 1st June 2023.

Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Cough Syrup.
S.O. 2242(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended , read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 30 of the Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy related to export of Cough Syrup w.e.f. 1st June, 2023 :

2. Effect of this Notification:
