Praveen Kumar Aggarwal (Membership No. 015159), 23, Bhai Veer Singh Marg, Gole Market, New Delhi 110 001, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clauses (7) & (8) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of the name of aforesaid CA. Praveen Kumar Aggarwal (Membership No. 015159) from the Register of Members for a period of 01(one) year. In pursuance thereof and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA. Praveen Kumar Aggarwal (Membership No. 015159), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 01(one) year with effect from 6th July, 2022.

Krishnan Gopala Krishnan (Membership No. 206519), New No. 30 (Old No. 15), Pulla Avenue, Shenoy Nagar, CHENNAI 600 030, guilty of Professional and Other Misconduct falling within the meaning of Item (8) of Part I and Item (2) of Part IV of First Schedule as well as Items (7) and (8) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of name of CA. Krishnan Gopala Krishnan (Membership No. 206519) from the Register of Members for a period of 02(Two) years and also imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to be paid within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the Order and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time his name be removed for additional period of 1(one) month. Since the Respondent has failed to pay the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA. Mustafa Ahmed(Membership No. 062010) from the Register of Members for a period of 03(Three) months and also imposed a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to be paid within a period of 1 (one) month and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time his name be removed for a period of 06(six) months in place of 03(three) months from the Register of Members. Since the Respondent failed to pay the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA. Since the Respondent has failed to pay the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA.
