NOTIFICATION NO. 73/2006, DATED 21-3-2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies “Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Samiti, Ujjain” to be a place of public worship of renown throughout India for the purpose of the said provisions.
