No. MahaRERA/Secy/File No. 27/85/2021

Sub: Amendment to Circular No. 30/ 2021 dated 18.05.2021

Whereas, by the aforesaid circular the issue pertaining to seniority of the complaints filed before the MahaRERA was clarified.

And whereas, the last sentence in the paragraph beginning with the words “And whereas as per Section 32(g)” it has been stated as follows:

“All complaints are to be referred for conciliation only after seeking consent of the parties in a hearing before the Authority”

And whereas, it is now felt necessary that in the aforesaid statement before the words “the Authority” following words shall be added “the respective single benches of”

In view of the above, the said statement shall now be read as follows:

“All complaints are to be referred for conciliation only after seeking consent of the parties in a hearing before the respective single bench of the Authority.”

Rest of the contents of the circular shall remain the same.
