30.04.2021	April, 2021	e-Form MSME – Half yearly Return	All Companies whose payment is due with such micro and small enterprise suppliers for 45 days from the date of acceptance, shall be required to file MSME Form as a half-yearly return every year. For the period of October’20 to March’21
30.06.2021	June,2021	e-Form CFSS 2020	Applicable on inactive or defaulting companies post the Compliance. Form to be filed for Immunity Certificate
		e-Form DPT 3	Return of Deposit -must be filed by all the companies who have received money and loan which is due.
30.09.2021	September,2021	e-Form DIR 3 KYC	Mandatory for DIN Holder.
14.10.2021	October,2021	e-Form ADT-1	(Appointment / Re-appointment of Statutory Auditor) -Within 15 days from the date of AGM (example : If the AGM is held on 30.09.2021, the form must be filed by 14.10.2021).
29.10.2021		e-Form AOC 4	Within 30 days from the date of AGM (example : If the AGM is held on 30.09.2021, the form must be filed by 29.10.2021).
