It is notified for general information that M/s. Pariwar Finance Company Limited, 104, Gajanan Market, Old Cotton Market, Akola, Maharashtra, have been approved by the Central Government as a Housing Finance Company for the purposes of section 36(1)(viii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the assessment years 1992-93 to 1994-95.
2. The approval is subject to the condition that the company will conform to and comply with the provisions under section 36(1)(viii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
