CORRIGENDUM to Notification No. 43/2014-Customs (N.T.)
NEW DELHI, THE dated- 19th JANUARY, 2016
CORRIGENDUM
In the notification No. 43/2014 –Customs (N.T.) dated 23.05.2014 issued vide F. No. 394/136/2011-Cus (AS) by Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, the words appearing in the opening paragraph namely,-
“ Notification No. 1/2013-Customs (N.T.)”
shall be read as:
“ Notification No. 2/2013- Customs (N.T.)”
and the words appearing at Column 1 of the Schedule, namely,-
“All Officers of Customs/Central Excise/Narcotics Control Bureau and Directorate of Enforcement”
shall be read as:
“All officers of Customs/Central Excise/Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN)/Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Directorate of Enforcement”.
