This very petitioner has filed earlier Writ Petition (C) D No. 11007/2020 for similar relief, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.05.2020, which fact has also been clearly mentioned in the list of dates at page M.
We are not inclined to entertain this petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
