NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd May, 2020

S.O. 1605(E).—The Central Government, vide notification S.O. 1122 (E) dated 17th March 2020, had notified annual quota of 4 lakh MT for import of Urad for the year 2020-21. In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby partially modifies the period of import to be till 31st August, 2020 instead of 31st March 2021, as notified earlier.

2. Further, the application filed in-terms of Trade Notice no. 57/2019-2020 dated 19th March 2020 will be considered and finalised.

Note : The principal notification No. 36/2015-2020, dated the 17th January, 2017 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide S.O. 172(E), dated the 17th January, 2017 and last amended vide notification published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide S.O. 1260 (E) dated 16th April 2020.
