NCLT forms 12th bench in Cuttack for matters of Odisha & Chhattisgarh

MINISTRY OF COPRPORATE AFFAIRS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th July, 2018

S.O. 3430(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby establishes the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench at Cuttack and for the said purpose further amends the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 1935 (E), dated the 1^st day of June, 2016, namely:—

2. In the said notification, in the Table, –

(i) in serial number 9, in column number (4), the entry “(3) State of Odisha”, shall be omitted;

(ii) in serial number 10, in column number (4), the entry “(1) State of Chhattisgarh”, shall be omitted;

(iii) after serial number 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely:-

“12

Cuttack Bench

Cuttack

(1) State of Odisha

(2) State of Chhattisgarh”.

3. This notification shall come into force on the 15^th day of July, 2018.
