No protest/fast by ICSI or its members against provisions of Companies Act, 2013

It has been reported that in one of the newspapers, a news item has been published stating that ICSI members and students will observe a fast to protest against the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.

The fact is that there is no move from the Institute to observe any kind of protest/fast.

We have taken up the matter with the concerned newspaper to immediately issue a Corrigendum in this regard disclosing the true position.
