Subject: Corrigendum to Public Notice No. 38/(2015-2020) dated 6th October, 2016.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby revises the subject and Paragraph 1 of the Public Notice No.38/(2015-2020) dated 6th October, 2016 as under:

2. Effect of this Public Notice: The wordings HMS–I & HMS–II as appearing in Public Notice No.38/ (2015-2020) dated 6th October, 2016 are replaced by cur-shredded Metallic Waste and Scrap.
