Subject: Extension in time limit for export of onions against NOCs issued by canalising agencies on or before 31.5.99- Modification in the date of NOCs.

Attention is invited to Policy circular no.40 (RE-99) dated 4.11.99.

The last paragraph of the circular with regard to export of onion against NOCs already issued on or before 31.5.99 shall be allowed for a period of 15 days up to 18^th November, 1999 may be read as 19^th November,99.

This issues with the approval of DGFT.
