Public Notice No. 25/2004-09, issued on 23rd November 2004 by the Government of India, announces amendments, additions, and corrections to the Schedule of DEPB (Duty Entitlement Pass Book) rates, which is annexed to the notice. The changes are made in accordance with Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I). The updated DEPB rates will apply as per the revised schedule, which is provided in the notice. This update is issued under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
