Notices of the Board/Council meetings to SEBI nominated directors on the Exchange.

We have received a communication from the DCA, New Delhi stating that their nominee directors on your Stock Exchange do not get adequate notice of the Board / Council meetings.

The Stock Exchange is requested to ensure that hence- forth the notices of such meeting reach the concerned SEBI nominee Directors on the Exchanges well in time.
